Cancellation Policy & T&Cs
No refunds are available once a booking is made. Readings are delivered within 5 working days from your selected booking date. Please note that predictions and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Tarot readings reflect the energy of a potential future, but situations can change and you always retain free will to make your own decisions. Readings that do not produce expected outcomes are not eligible for refunds.
We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments with no fees if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance on the day, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as the time cannot be reallocated to another client. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, flexibility may be offered at Kelly’s discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

All readings performed by Kelly Weeks (Microblonde) are private between Kelly and the client. They must not be shared, recorded, distributed, or played to third parties, nor used publicly in any form, unless written permission has been granted by Kelly Weeks in advance.
Kelly Weeks reserves the right to decline a reading for any client at her discretion, without the need to provide a reason.
By completing payment, you automatically agree to and accept Kelly Weeks’ Terms and Conditions of Business, and this agreement is legally binding.
All bookings made through this website, social media, email, phone, or face-to-face with Kelly Weeks indicate full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
